I recently decided to seek out a carpet company to replace our family home carpet /flooring issues in Lorain. I originally thought a large company would provide better service. I was wrong. I decided to give a local business an opportunity. Ted’s Flooring Cove was my choice and for various reasons. His employee (Mary) addressed all of my concerns and provided suggestions for what I wanted in the house, if she didn’t have the answer. She would get back to me in a timely manner. Really appreciate working with Ted and his crew. The flooring turned out beautifully and the workers were very clean and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Ted's flooring and look forward to working with him in the near future.
