Every single person I have dealt with here has been absolutely amazing!! They get to know you personally and speak to you like a friend. It's very important when you are dealing with a cancer diagnosis, chemo, radiation and all the things that come with it. They made me enjoy my time with them instead of dreading it. Liz used to do my hair at another salon she worked at a few years back. I lost touch with her when the owner sold the salon. I didn't know where she went to other than Elyria. I've never been able to find ANYONE to do my hair the way she does!!! I got on google one day....searched for salons in elyria and began reading reviews looking for ANY mention of a Liz!! After about the 3rd business....I saw reviews mentioning a Liz by several people. So I called the number and behold.....I FOUND HEEEERRRRR!! My ❤️ was full and jumping for joy. Less than 1 week I was in and we were reminiscing, catching up and she was making my hair beautiful again!!! ? I also saw Jen who also worked at the other salon with Liz! They are both absolutely phenomenal and they take care of their clients 100%. They listen and they execute every time!

My friend and I booked side-by-side pedicures before a weekend trip, and the staff managed everything smoothly despite several walk-in customers arriving at the same time. One small delay happened with nail drying, but they offered coffee while we waited so it didn’t feel annoying. The polish lasted surprisingly well even after days of walking during the trip.
Beverly is the nicest beautician that I have dealt with in a long time. Her detailed work on my hair was the best I’ve seen in a long while. I feel that I have found a new stylist and will definitely be making other appointments with her in the future.

As an African American woman I have been to many hair stores over the years and in various U.S. states and neighborhoods. Ms. Bonnie at A&K beauty was the best experience I ever had at a hair store. I would even go as far to say an say that I had an exceptional experience. Ms. Bonnie was friendly, kind, patient, understanding of what I needed, even helped me choose what was best for me, she helped educate me on hair. I felt so encouraged and grateful for her help. This store should be the standard for how a hair store should be ran. I will most definitely be patronizing her establishment for all my future hair care needs.

Jessie the service tech came out on the 1st call.. he found the problem.. called in his supervisor Dave to give additional quote for repair.. within a couple of days and digging both Jessie and Dave put in new main lines from septic tank to my home .. great price and the honesty from both service guy's set my mind at ease... don't hesitate to give Value rooter call for your plumbing needs.. fast respectful and honest guy's
I’ve dealt with plumbing companies that rush through jobs, but this one actually took the time to inspect everything carefully. They replaced old pipes under our bathroom sink and noticed another weak connection nearby that could have leaked soon. Glad they caught it early because it saved us another service call later.
Roto-Rooter Medina has helped us out numerous times. Our house is full of “Easter eggs” that keep appearing. We just had a leaky upstairs tub that was recently remodeled. The plumber today was able to go in from the downstairs bathroom to prevent any damage to the new remodel. He was here for close to 4 hours and made sure it was done right. This was just the latest positive experience we have had with them. Highly recommend them!

Arthur came over within an hour of my call to snake my toilet and within minutes became unclogged. There were rust stains left behind my beautiful porcelain throne which concerned me. Arthur reassured me it can easily be removed with some baking soda and vinegar. I followed his advice they next day and rust stain no more! The man is a wizard.
Called on a Thursday to have a gas line ran for a whole house generator. They came out Monday morning and had the line ranQuick service!The guy I initially talked to at Bellman seemed a little gruff but I got a call back from Mike and he was great! I'd recommend.

As a first time home buyer, it was hard to not feel like we were getting ripped off on the estimates for the upgrades my wife and I wanted for our home. The other companies we contacted either seemed way to cheap or way to expensive. (We have learned you get what you pay for on remodeling)David and the guys at Pesarchick Remodeling are the real deal. David gave us multiple options for our budget on a garage I wanted built. He was super transparent and fair with the prices and labor that was needed to ultimately have the best results possible.I still remember our conversation, “You can go with the guys who will get your garage built fast & good enough to function but I want your garage to last and fit your needs, how I would build my own”. I was sold. A true craftsman treats every job as if they were doing it for themselves. I truly feel they delivered on this mindset. I absolutely love my garage and we will come to them for our future upgrades!
I absolutely loved working with Mike & Bridget as well as their crew. They previously had built us a front porch and did a rock pathway . So there was no question who we wanted to do our current project. Our 2nd floor stairway needed to be totally replaced . Of course There were plenty of surprises considering it is an older home.They were great about keeping open lines of communication and updating us during the whole process. They were open to my ideas and changes as well . Not only did I get a beautiful safe stairway to our 2nd floor. They also created storage space underneath the stairway ! Definitely looking forward to many more projects with them.

The pest control guy spent almost twenty minutes inspecting before even opening his equipment. That alone gave me confidence because previous companies barely looked around. We called for termites in the garage storage wall, and so far the wood dust and damage signs have completely stopped appearing.

So thought I'd try TruGreen and I'm glad I did their technician came out ,explained the what's happening and made the correct decisions to bring my lawn back to what I wanted, it took some time and a few applications but seeing the change and green grass again is worth it, he always has great advice and suggestions ?

We live in the woods in South Amherst with a ton of maturing trees.We have had All American out to our property 3 times in the last eight years. They have removed 15-20 trees that were endangering structures, the creek that runs thru our yard and or the driveway! We could not be happier with their service. Signature smiles has always been a pleasure to go to. I've had the same cleaner for the last two or three visits and she has been absolutely phenomenal (Alyssa Free). The service is always very prompt and if there are any scheduling issues they make sure to call ahead of time to reschedule and get you in as soon as possible. I've had three molars removed by them in one session and no swelling, bruising or pain when taking the standard Motrin on schedule. Absolutely recommend them 10 out of 10 or I guess for Google's sake 5 out of 5.

For years I struggled with bad teeth and couldn't smile. I lost who I was and didn't want dentures and was so tired of partials. They never fit right, hurt my mouth, so I would get them and never wear them. My friend Glenda introduced me to Dr Marshall on Abbe rd in Elyria. I had a consultation and wasn't sure if I could afford to get the permanent full mouth dental implants like I really wanted. I wanted them so bad and I figured it out. Shelly was a huge help. Janelle is the best. I love them all. My theory is, if theres a will, there's definitely a way! I went in in October 2023 for the surgery. It was painless. They put temporaries in until they make sure you absolutely love them. They make adjustments, little or big changes too. I was so picky how I wanted mine and sometimes his advice was better than mine. I made alot of changes, and mostly went back to what his suggestions were. But threw every step of the way he made sure I was happy and received the look I was achieving. Also the feel. Well, today I got my permanent ones. I cannot tell you enough how great they feel. I am so happy that I can smile again with confidence. They feel like glass. Its like having perfect real teeth back. This entire process has been so nice because Dr Jay and his team were so good to me. With patience like you have never seen. They made sure I was completely satisfied and did everything they could to help me along the way. Thank you so much for giving me back my smile. Hugs to you all!

Its a great spa with friendly staff who make you feel comfortable, explain everything before anything is done, help calm your anxieties and the prices are EXTREMELY reasonable for their experience and skills.
