imagine you have an idea, now you tell your artist, give them trust, be prepared because what you wanted will pale in comparison to what you get. You get an amazing super friendly puppy who needs support humans to reassure she's doing great at greeting, always btw. you are now part of the family. they just there to make money they're there to give you a personalized experience. they ask questions they want to know what your vision is they want to know your budget they want to know everything so that there's no questions. they're constantly checking in at every part of the process to make sure that you are happy with every part of your experience from acrylic to pedicures any service you get down there is professional to have fun laugh. and they have a two-week policy that have heaven forbid you break a nail a gem falls off anything for whatever reason happens you come back they fix it for free not many places can put a guarantee like that I have very long nails and I've never had any issue with the durability of my nails stop and visit they're great!
