He gives you a variety of options for windows as well as being ready to do a project in stages if that's required. He's a lot of fun to work with as well. The pricing was also excellent. The window came back damaged. they called me and told me that they sent it back for a new one without even discussing it with me first. “This business is quite unusual, and one that can be trusted. I met Mike Davenport to receive a quote to paint my stucco and stone home. He arrived exactly on time, and after a very detailed review, he told me I had a maintenance free home, in good condition and that it didn't need painting unless I wanted to change the color, which I don't. In addition to that he offered valuable information to me about caulking, my trim and the pros, cons and pitfalls of the top exterior stucco paints that was very helpful to me. He basically lost a painting job possibility, to tell me the truth, which no one else had done. He didn't rush me, nor did he dismiss me. At 82 years of age, that is very encouraging to have such an encounter in today's business world. After our session, I decided not to repaint my house at this time. “I had Brothers Roofing install a new roof 09/18/25. This included taking off all original plywood and replacing it. There was no pressure and the owner even mentioned the shingles could last a little longer and I appreciated that but the wood had to go, in my opinion, and vents were needed since no soffits were in this roof. The price was substantially less than that from a prominent company. The workers came early, worked hard, cleaned up and since it was dark at completion, came back in the morning to make sure there were no nails, etc., left behind. This was a smooth process, all work was done very well, the workers were courteous and professional, and the owner was very easy to work with. I would highly recommend.“

He came to give my mom an estimate for a window and was so professional from the second he walked in the door to the minute he left.
