“It's been nearly a year since I last had Calypso at Roberts and Wendt, because she is extremely anxious with strangers and hates her carrier. I have had questions multiple times over the last 12 months or so, however, and the office always answers promptly and in detail, with guidance from the veterinarians there. In other words, they are helping me take care of Callie even though they make no money from giving advice. They even had a compound pharmacy make medication for her anxiety and again, didn't charge me a dime. So, in summary, you can rest assured that these people care about our PETS more than they care about profits. I am taking Callie back to them in a few weeks — and she'll do much better this time because I can treat her anxiety before we go. VERY highly recommended!“

“Staff have always treated my cats well. Have been going to this clinic for 3 years, service has always been quick and thorough. Many times, I have been able to avoid needing to go to a full service vet for my animals because of the preventative care and well checkups they were provided here.
When one of my pets was experiencing sudden weight loss, Dr.Jamba really helped us get to the bottom of it.

Sad to see that their services have recently been cut- they have been moved to an isle instead of their private space, and now have restrictions on the services they can provide (no more well check ups!). Perhaps someday the people higher up will allow for the this service to be a priority again- it really is a a great asset to our community.“

I have taken my cats to Dr. Bob since the mid-2000's and followed him from his old location with Gateway on Abbey Ave. to this state-of-the-art facility on W. 25th St. he spearheaded in early 2014 with fellow doctors, Matt, Katie, and Sara. Scheduling appointments is easy and ensures you get care when you need it with a variety of reminders to make sure you bring your pet when agreed. This helps the whole process of pet medical care a breeze from caregivers you can trust. I highly recommend this facility.“

All of that was completely smoothed over starting with our vet tech, who was clearly comfortable with dealing with our Holland Lop. “My collie was not feeling well the day before Thanksgiving. They were able to get him (new patient) right in. Could not believe the high level of service. So went back for follow up today. Noticed adequate parking, plenty of yard for dog to do his business outside, carpet on floor of waiting room so he didn't slide, and no crowded waiting room. They do their best to keep pets separated with adequate appointment times. The assistants are kind, gentle, and instantly likeable as they worked around my disability with no comments. BTW, my dog is terrified of vets. not today, he jumped right in the car and walked in with no fuss. his tail was wagging the entire time. Dr. Rahman and I had a long talk about what is going on in my life. He was up front and frank about the care my dog needed for today and in the future. We quickly came up with a care plan. Don't let Dr. Rahman's grey hair fool you. He is very up to date on care needs of my purebred, answers questions, offers options, and my dog never once barked at him or tried to run. You may think he costs more for all the attention. Nope. Prices are comparable to the visiting vets at the shops without all the stress. And, if I have any issues, he said that I should not hesitate to call.
I do recommend Aaron Animal Clinic if you are looking for the vet who treats you and your pet as the family you are. I am already recommending them to friends and family.“

“They are absolutely wonderful. My dog is very sick. They have called me everyday to check on her. The doc was going to come in and give her another IV even though the clinic was closed. They truly care about the animals they treat.“

“I had two experiences with my cat at Greystone. The first was positive, the second was slightly heart wrenching. My Ginny had surgery here, and the surgery went very well, and was performed skillfully. About a month and a half after this, she injured her foot, jumping off the counter. So naturally, I took her back to the people that took such good care of her. They had to put her under anesthesia and look at her foot. Unfortunately, she had a reaction and died while there the second time. Admittedly, I was angry at first. Even if communication regarding final pick up took longer than I would have liked, staff called me to apologize if they made me upset, and sent me a personalized sympathy card. While I will forever miss my kitty, rest assured that staff does care about your fur baby. Despite my loss, I do recommend them to other pet owners.“

“Every July, this veterinary practice holds a Pet Carnival. It is one of the highlights of my year. They have so much to see and do but to be honest, just watching the pets interact is my favorite part. I have gone to this even for the last 10 or so years and each year it just gets bigger and bigger and better and better. From all the volunteers to the vendors, this is a highly recommended event to attend. Bring your well-behaved pet and enjoy the afternoon. Or go with just the humans and learn about all the different breeds of dogs and other animals that attend. This year they even had calves in attendance! GREAT JOB NORTH ROYALTON ANIMAL HOSPITAL!
