We boarded our dog Gus for a six-day stay with the B&B Pet Resort last week. The staff went out of their way to take care of him. He is a Shepherd/Husky mix that gets very nervous around strangers, so this was not an easy proposition. The staff tries real hard to make him comfortable (especially when he decides to go on one of his starvation diets!) and my wife and I greatly appreciate the attention given to him. We highly recommend them and plan to board him there for our next vacation and for all of our future needs. Thanks to all the staff again!!!

Our family has been taking our pets to Bartels for over 20 years. We’ve gotten nothing but the best care. Our last trip, unfortunately, was to put down our 14yr old cat. They were able to get us in a couple of hours earlier (we didn’t want him to suffer any longer) and they were very accommodating while we were there. They even sent us a beautiful bouquet of flowers later the same day. We appreciate everything they’ve done for us and for taking great care of Dude!

Dr. Wigal was very honest and upfront when it came to the condition our cat was in, while also showing compassion for us as he only had a few weeks longer to live. The staff was friendly and accommodating, returned calls quickly, moved appointments up, and understood it was a rough time. When the day came to put our wonderful cat down, they sent me flowers that afternoon. Very sweet gesture. Would recommend them highly.
