It's been nearly a year since I last had Calypso at Roberts and Wendt, because she is extremely anxious with strangers and hates her carrier. I have had questions multiple times over the last 12 months or so, however, and the office always answers promptly and in detail, with guidance from the veterinarians there. In other words, they are helping me take care of Callie even though they make no money from giving advice. They even had a compound pharmacy make medication for her anxiety and again, didn't charge me a dime.
So, in summary, you can rest assured that these people care about our PETS more than they care about profits. I am taking Callie back to them in a few weeks — and she'll do much better this time because I can treat her anxiety before we go.
VERY highly recommended!
