Wow! I was very impressed ! I brought the cat in and they didn't spend 45 minutes trying market and up sell services I didn't ask for! They were friendly, they were soothing with our cat, and dealt with a problem at hand. This is the way a veterinarian should be! Definitely I give Falls Veterinary Clinic a 5 Star review.
The staff are wonderful. My only concern is only one doc and he is fantastic but nobody to replace him. and I wish they would computerize reports. But the care, compassion and reasonable rates make up for that. Dr A has always been great to my pets.he knows what he is doing and never pushes extra meds just to make money. It’s a great, friendly place.
Our Smaugers showed signs of an ear infection.... the soo est we could get in to our vet was Friday... I called this morning and they could take us right away!! Thank you for helping our buddy feel better!!
