If you have a reptile that needs care, this is the place to go. Dr. Alice 10/10, she knows what she’s doing. The friendliest staff on the planet. Great experience.**Update. Dr. Alice is still awesome. We’ve been coming here for around 2 years and she has seen our reptile and our Pomsky. We are moving and I will miss MetroPet so much.

You will never find a friendlier, more attentive and competent staff. They will go out of their way for you whenever possible. Unfortunately they are loved by so many that taking new patients is limited so make sure you call first.

We found a tiny sick kitten and needed to get him in asap. MetroPet was able to get Sam in and treated him immediately. A few months later, and you would never know how little and sickly he was. It's still curbside at this time, and he needed some treatment this last visit, so the vet emailed me a long detailed letter on what to do. They called today to check on him and see how he is doing. I know that even though I'm not in the room, they treat him as if I am. I recommend MetroPet to anyone.
