The staff is awesome and very thorough with details on everything. Customers have had their pets, like a heeler mix and a Stafford terrier, treated with care, and the prices were very good compared to other places. The hospital has also fixed a customer's pet, whose leg literally broke off, with top-notch treatment and excellent communication, addressing all concerns.
This is truly a phenomal place. I have never in my life been to a pet hospital where they care the way Porter cares. It all started on Sunday when i had to bring my cat to the emergency vet due to peeing blood. He ended up having a bladder stone that needed removed. Northviews estimate for surgery was $2500-$4000. My care credit is at its limit due to his heart condition and echos every 6 months. I told them I could not proceed with the surgery due to funds, and I would see if another clinic could do it a bit cheaper. We unfortunately had to put down our baby girl (cat) the staff were so respectful, caring and compassionate. We did not expect the kindness and comfort we received. Thank you Porter💜💜
I really want to shoutout Diamond. She did the initial intake with me before the vet came in. Diamond was PHENOMENAL. I came in feeling really stressed and concerned and she truly put my mind at ease. She was very reassuring and informative. I truly appreciate how warm and friendly she was. I’m SO happy she was a part of my cat’s care team. My concerns were a little silly but she took them all seriously and talked me through them. Thank you so much Diamond!
