“I had some serious self-inflicted scratches on my favorite Moscot glasses . Eye1 quickly used my new prescription and had new lenses ( progressive and transitional) made in less than a week . I was not in town so I mailed them the glasses and they are now back with me . Incredible service and they always have the newest and freshest frames in town . I would never go anyplace else for new glasses !“

“The Walmart vision and glasses center is great place providing great customer care and service!In November 2020 I received my first pair of glasses ever!!Besides the fact that I always wanted my eye vision to be perfect, excellent or whatever they were,everything was incredible they made me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation!I am not a prescription glasses person at all!!!The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and informative!He prescribed me glasses that are important that I use for reading and see my smartphone clearer, it's like HD!!I went the cheap route because I was hoping I didn't really need them.I wish I would have exchanged within the 2-month period but no worries I will come back soon and upgrade my glasses.I think they will have to recut the lens but I'm all right with that so I can feel more comfortable wearing them.I'll have these things for a long time. Maybe?“

Received wonderful service from Aubree at the front desk, and Alaina during the surgery. For a procedure that made me a bit nervous, this office was responsive, informative, and professional.“
“Ann Kurzer was so welcoming, kind, and thorough. I’ve only recently started to lose my eyesight and it’s been upsetting for me since I’ve had perfect vision my whole life. I started getting contacts and glasses with Shawnee Optical. Every contact I tried there felt like sand was in my eyes, they would itch and burn, and I just believed contacts weren’t compatible with me since Shawnee never gave me a lot of options. I also spent hundreds of dollars with them trying to find glasses that worked well but I never got a good pair. I gave up and resigned myself to cheap readers. I had a family member refer me to Target Optical and it was a game changer! Ann told me that my prescription was incorrect and that she never worked with the brand of contacts Shawnee told me were the best. I never thought it was possible to have comfortable contacts but I do now, thanks to Ann and the staff at Target Optical! I will be forever grateful. It was an incredible experience!“
“I'm very fortunate to have had Dr. Bierly as my optician for many years.Years back, I made the HUGE mistake of going to C*stco Optical where their optician SEVERELY overcorrected my vision, to the point where it was impossible to read at arms length. When I told Dr. T*te that I had lost so much function, she gaslit me and told me that I was at an age where I needed to buy readers to compensate for her initial overcorrection. When I told her the readers were not helping, she suggested buying stronger readers. It was humiliating, frustrating, and debilitating.Thank God, I was able to get back to Dr. Bierly's where he took the time to listen to me. WITHIN MINUTES of my initial consultation with Dr. Bierly, I was seeing better than I for the near TWO YEARS my issues were being ignored by Dr. T*te at C*stco Optical.Dr. Bierly does more than just lease a couple eye-measuring devices, he has a both modern expertise and decades of experience caring for the vision of people around here.“
