I was treated incredibly kingly, and I was able to get the new glasses I needed, in a style I wanted! Nancy was even helping me try on different styles and helping me make the decision, and when I did, I was able to choose what color! Jade was also an absolute sweetheart, I had no issues with making the appointment, and when I got there for it, it was a smooth and honestly flawless appointment! The appointment room was also very cool and decorated, not a bland one color nothing but tools in it, it felt like I could better know my optometrist (Mark) without even having to small talk, I absolutely plan to make them my regular optometrist!! Again shout out Nancy, Jade, and… read full review
They have gone above and beyond to make sure I was taking care of. I lost my glasses due to a seizure RIGHT after receiving them! My insurance only covers a pair every 2yrs.
They were so helpful in taking care of me so I wouldn't go without glasses! Thank you Bright Eye Optical! You are amazing!
