“We had our roof redone in 2014 by Castle. It was done in a single day. There was no hard selling, no pressure, and their quote was very reasonable. Cut to June of 2025, over a decade later; we had a particularly rough windstorm blast through and several spots were damaged. I contacted Castle honestly not expecting much. I had even contacted another contractor as I didn't think Castle would help as it was well over 10 years since the install, but I received immediate responses to my e-mails and Castle came out and repaired the damaged spots at no charge. That's called integrity.“

“Van Martin did a great job on the roof. I was amazed at the workmanship. I gave it four stars out of five because on the gutter install there was a miscommunication with the person reviewing the project and the estimator. Initially, my price only included a portion of the gutter which included a wrap. Then I decided to install a new gutter around the whole house. The guy reviewing the property said it would include the wrap and gutter. I received a change order and paid the difference. Then I get a call requesting more money because the price only included the gutter and not the wrap. Meanwhile, the job is underway and majority of the gutter system is wrapped. I told the foreman that was their mistake and I should not have to pay for that. He insisted that the mistake was on my part and never included the wrap. Then why did the installers wrap most of the gutter system? In the end I told him I wasn’t going to pay anymore money. So, I have a small portion that did not get wrapped. Overall, Van Martin did a great job. I am happy with my new roof. The only thing I am not totally satisfied with is that small portion of gutter that did not get wrapped. BTW, I was also impressed with the gutter installers. They kept me informed as they worked.“

The crew showed up at 6:45 a.m., tore the old roof off, replaced OSB boards that needed replacing. Then proceeded to sheet and wrap, and shingle. Mike showed up several times throughout the day to make sure all was going well. Yesterday was over 90 degrees with 90% humidity, it was a scorcher. This crew finished with everything around 8:30 p.m. Their clean up was impeccable! We are so impressed and our new roof looks beautiful! Bravo crew!!

Mike came out to my house more than once to answer questions and show me exactly what was going on, presented me with options, etc. all before I even agreed to sign on with All Around doing the project. They meant it when they said a dumpster in my driveway for one day - it wasn’t even there a full 24 hours from drop off to pick up. These guys have been truly phenomenal and it all looks really great - a lot of the neighbors have reached out with compliments. I don’t have a waterfall over my gutters when it storms any longer and my roof granules are staying on the roof where they belong.
