“The roof looks good. They were willing to work with us on when they redid the roof so we could be out of town instead of home when they were working on it.When they replaced the roof many of the plants were destroyed in our front (and only) flower bed by covering the plants with tarps then throwing shingles on them in 100 F weather. I wish they would have used the driveway side of the roof instead of the garden side of the house to throw the shingles from the garden side of the roof. Yes, it would have been more work for them, but it saves us from having to redo the plants now. They gave me a rebate for the damage, but now I have to redo the garden. Multiple people in our neighborhood also had roofs done by other companies, many houses surrounded by established plants, and no one else had damage like that done by their roofers.They tried to make the plants right after this review.They gave a rebate for me putting up an advertising yard sign. That was nice.“

“After a BIG HONKIN' tree fell over onto our roof & did a bit of damage, I was looking for a contractor to handle the roof/gutter repairs. Our insurance company (USAA) mentioned that Possert was their local contractor-of-choice, so I contacted them.Things couldn't have been much simpler. The Possert guy came by my house, evaluated the needed repairs, and sent me a repair estimate.It wasn't all that hateful (especially since it would be covered by my home-owner's insurance).I told Possert "go ahead & do the repairs", and the magic happened.They repaired my home's roof, and also replaced the crunched gutters/soffets.All the while, there was EXCELLENT communication.We'd used Possert 20+ years ago after a small fire at home.
