It's been almost a year since Copeland installed a new roof. They did a fabulous job with the installation at a very competitive price. The roof looks great and I have had no issues to report. But it's their follow up service since then that has impressed me the most. I had to call for help couple of times for minor fixes to the fascia trim that had come loose. Copeland took care of these promptly. Great company to work with.

When I purchased my home some documents handed down to me indicated that Copeland had installed the roof that was currently on my home. When it came time to get a new roof due to wear and weather, I decided to give them a call, as it seemed the roof they previously installed had held up pretty well.

Someone, I think some sort of supervisor, showed up within no more than a few days , did an inspection and sent an estimate. I told them to do it. They initially were not able to provide a very specific time frame, but they made it out a few weeks later, which was earlier than the vague estimate they had given me, and certainly satisfactory.

Updated Review, Well I had them come out second time and repair the split block that they damaged when they shorted it out. The outlets are still not the same height but i will take care of it later myself, They fixed some small issues around the garage trim work, lights at the same height now on garage. Had them out a third time to replace a piece of siding that was to short that didn't overlay onto the other piece and leave me a few extra piece for future repairs. Still wasn't happy about the landscape damage that I had to repair, and the electrical outlets that I had to repair but I will get over it as long as I have now more issues.
