We can't say enough good things about Merit Construction. Merit recently replaced our windows and siding. Kevin T. spent time with us answering questions, providing pros and cons and was very professional. It was a no pressure presentation. Bob S. replaced both the windows and the siding. We enjoyed Bob. Bob was very professional, respectful, addressed any concerns and answered our many questions as he was getting the job done. We would recommend Merit Construction for any job. I had hail damage that my insurance company refused to settle on. Merit helped me fight for the full coverage on replacing 3 awnings. they finally got the materials, came out and removed, replaced all the old damaged awnings and dated porch railings. they were careful around my flower gardens and landscape lights and were very respectful of my property! they went above and beyond what the actual job was and fixed several other somewhat unrelated issues while they were here. the team was friendly, did an amazing job and cleaned up all the debris and left my property better than when they started. i highly recommend these guys!!!

Merit Construction added a three-seasons room to the back of our house. We were so pleased with the exceptional attention to details and the additional suggestions on how to "customize" our room. The professionalism and workmanship were top-notch!!! We are so pleased with our new room!!!
