BEST experience ever !! From the beginning when I called, Kim took the time to listen to my concerns and went out of her way to schedule me the same day. The two gentlemen (Anthony and Tyler) were punctual and very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issue and fixed it immediately. They also took the time to check for other potential problems and explain the solutions, which I will DEFINITELY be contacting them when time. You could not ask for a better team. I totally recommend Scott Bauer Roofing and Siding

I give 5 stars because they go above and beyond! The people and company as a whole want their customers to be happy and satisfied.As someone who is not knowledgeable as far as terms, and owns an older home (1942), there is plenty of room for questions and miscommunications. As there was miscommunication and misunderstanding in the process, they went above and beyond to help explain terms, and how to alleviate the questions and concerns. They genuinely care for and take care of their customers!
