“We had our roof redone in 2014 by Castle. It was done in a single day. There was no hard selling, no pressure, and their quote was very reasonable. Cut to June of 2025, over a decade later; we had a particularly rough windstorm blast through and several spots were damaged. I contacted Castle honestly not expecting much. I had even contacted another contractor as I didn't think Castle would help as it was well over 10 years since the install, but I received immediate responses to my e-mails and Castle came out and repaired the damaged spots at no charge. Zack (Apex) went to battle for us, showed a second adjuster the damage the first adjuster didn’t note which ultimately led to our insurance company approving the claim.<br><br>Flash forward to 2025, we thought we had developed a small roof leak adjacent to a cooling vent in our second floor ceiling.
