Was an athlete most of my life and have searched Columbus to find the right kind of training that matches that push all athletes need. and Torch is where it is at. Burning 500 plus calories in intense workouts that change all the time. no matter your fitness level- you can do this. Don't waste your time paying money to run on a treadmill or a rower in a class.

Best fitness studio I’ve ever been to! The classes are different every day, but the focus on challenging yourself both mentally and physically is consistent. I go almost every morning, and have gained more strength, speed, and endurance than I ever thought possible. The instructors are all very friendly, encouraging, motivating, and make an effort to get to know you over time. Can’t say enough good things about this place - it will push you in the best way.

Studio Torch offers amazing HIIT style classes with a great mix of cardio and total body strength training. The instructors are incredibly motivating and make every class feel like a personalized workout.
