Great equipment. Great atmosphere. Good hours. TERRIBLE upkeep. The bathrooms look like they haven't been cleaned in months and they ran out of wipes for cleaning the gym equipment. Would be a 5 if they actually kept it reasonably clean

I have been to Columbus a few times this year and have tried every LA Fitness. The one on Broad Street, hands down, is the cleanest overall and has the best layout and a beautiful pool, hot sauna, and jacuzzi. I was very reluctant to try it because of the bad reviews regarding the cleanliness. But to my surprise, it was very clean.

This is consistently the worst maintained gym I've ever been to. The Men's locker room is always disgusting. There is always urine on the floor, only two sinks have soap, and three out of eight sensors actually work to wash your hands. There are never paper towels either. There are nine stationary bikes upstairs with only three properly functioning. In addition, numerous other pieces of equipment are always out of service for months at a time.
