The pool shower and restroom areas need continuous attention, as some members leave trash and hair, which affects the overall cleanliness. Despite these issues, members appreciate the friendly staff, the variety of amenities, and the overall value of the membership. Some also enjoy the hot tub and the opportunity to get their laps in during colder months. Overall, Esporta Fitness remains a popular choice for those seeking a convenient and effective workout environment.
The staff was kind and helpful. The equipment was easy to use and wipes accessible for cleaning. They have a swimming pool, basketball court with volleyball net, dance studio, racketball, free weights and other training equipment. LA fitness app makes checking in a breeze. Some machines are missing straps around feet or the TV screens have been removed from some. Cheaper to dispose of things then to replace, I assume. A little out dated and could use a deep clean, power wash around the pool.
I just started going here and so far everyone has been incredibly nice and helpful. You can tell the employees really build relationships with the people that come in there. The layout is nice and plenty of machines. Definitely get some bang for your buck. Highly recommend if you're looking for a new gym!
Lucy at the desk is the first employee in three years of going to LA Fitness who has questioned a guest and pointed out they needed their own barcode. This is my first time at this location so awesome job Lucy. LA Fitness you've got a great employee here.
