1275 Olentangy River Rd Ste 150, Columbus“I was a member here for about a year and loved it (And I am PICKY when it comes to gyms.) I've moved away and am genuinely missing the workouts and instructors (especially Rich and Chris!) I get bored easily, so the variety of workouts kept me coming back consistently. I have always and will forever hate cardio, so the short bursts of it interspersed throughout the workouts kept me accountable and because I LOVE core work, I would even show up on cardio/core Fridays. Favorite day was Tabata!
I started coming because they had a one week unlimited promo and was able to get a membership because they had a great student discount. Highly recommend!“

780 S High St, Columbus“I never thought that when I stepped in for my first Lagree class I would find such an amazing, supportive and knowledgeable group of instructors! I look forward to each visit. The workout is fantastic but what is even better is the community that everyone at the Butcher Shop has created. I am at least twice as old as most people working out but the encouragement I receive makes me feel like I fit right in. If you want to seriously get into the best shape of your life and find the instructors that brighten up your whole day look no further. I love this place!“

Natalie is super supportive and encouraging while pushing me to achieve and grow. I was new to lifting as a regular runner, and have since been feeling stronger every week with Natalie's guidance. I am confident she has the skill and knowledge to help anyone achieve their strength and fitness goals. Natalie and Juan are the best!“

Visiting Worthington, but for convenience, transferring to Pickerington.Had the dry needling done, traveled from northside to eastside, and the pain was gone.Dry needling is a temporary fix (that I read...I don't know, but plan to inquire) So to experience no pain, has been heaven sent. The procedure went very easily and pain-free for me.“

I love the different class times since it’s easy to fit a class into my schedule. I have learned so much and it’s really helped strengthen muscles I forgot I had! I have noticed an incredible difference in my strength and flexibility. I will forever be a fan!“
“Exertion Training has been the best experience I have had with a personal trainer. They were attentive to my needs and goals and put together a comprehensive plan of attack. I highly recommend them for any personal training needs!“
“Few months back I needed help preparing for basic training. In the time he helped before I left, he helped me understand my body. Not just by working out, but by teaching how many calories my body should be taking in a day, and about eating right. The trainer is really awesome dude, communication is great. He will definitely help you reach your goals“

Inside Shape Fitness, 33 N Grant Ave, Columbus“Clearly this is a very popular yoga studio. I have the phone number listed on Google for this studio and get constant phone calls for yoga classes. Hopefully the phone number can be updated so these future clients can get in touch with the studios correct phone number.“

850 Goodale Blvd, Columbus“I mostly like this gym. Excellent price. Good staff. Plenty of parking. Open late. Great variety of equipment: track, pool, sauna, squat racks, smith machine, sled, basically every machine you could think of, heavy dumbbells, ropes, punching bag, and all the cardio stuff. Only downside is how busy it gets. If you go at the wrong time and expect to get on a bench or squat rack, forget about it. Also, if short meathead dudes making tons of noise isn't your jam, this probably isn't the place for you.“
8AM - 7PM
6585 E Broad St, Columbus“The east Esporta is a very nice facility.
The pool shower n restroom area need continuous ALL day attention bcuz some members are just sloppy messy, nasty and don't care as CARELESS MEMBERS leave wads of hair and trash in showers, restroom n pool areas. Other than that the workers are nice and Esporta is a nice facility.“

“I attended for 6 to 8 years until life took me down different paths some years ago.I can unequivocally say, If you want to learn self-defense not just as a collection of techniques; but learn the concepts and tenets of defending one's self and loved ones then this is The Place. Everything is taught from the aspect of realism. No flashy techniques that look great in a dojo and will get you killed on the street. To get a feel for what is foundational to the school's approach, the following is taught along with effective techniques:* Learning to see threats and avoid them and if necessary be the one conscious and able to call the police and quite possibly EMS if you are alone and attacked.* The ability to walk into a room and quickly see the number and location of objects that could be used as improvised weapons should you need one and how they could be employed. That's just two of many examples of teaching that illustrate the school's broad base of thought on "Self-defense". There is no sport aspect.Techniques are drawn from ju jitsu, boxing, judo, Philipino stick and knife fighting, the fighting system taught to armed forces. What is common sense and useful is taught, what is flashy or overly complicated is not.Instructors are friendly, helpful and not all puffed up with their ego.Class size is small and the atmosphere of learning often results in new friendships being formed.Price is very reasonable compared to other schools that are not nearly as thorough.“
