“Our 16 year old boiler went out during the night on 1/14. I called at 6:30am and Justin was at our house 2 hours later. Long story short we needed a new boiler. Justin was back at our house on 1/15, all day, and got about 75% of the work done and was back the next morning to finish up. Justin did an excellent job and was was very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. When the job was done he took the time to explain the various connections and parts of the entire system. I had a full hvac replacement and a new water heater installed yesterday and even after running into tons of issues(old water heater wouldn’t drain, running a new wire through a tricky spot, and new metalwork to fit my ducts) they stayed until we had heat for my wife and baby. “I needed a shut off valve replaced under my kitchen sink. They got me scheduled very quickly. Evan came out and gave me an estimate based on if he had to replace pipes along with the shut off valve. He was professional but personable. Evan looked at everything, went to get parts and adjusted the final cost since all he had to do was replace the valve. Everything was taken care of in about an hour. I also liked that he came at the stated time and I got a text letting me know he was on his way. I would definitely do business with them again!“

“Had phenomenal service today from Butler Heating for our residential boiler (in a 100yo 4000+ sq ft home). We had been receiving suboptimal service from another company who claimed to be experts in boiler servicing. After ignoring an obvious issue for two years, we had been told yesterday by that company our only option was replacement. Feeling a second opinion was in our best interest, I called Butler and got a prompt appt for the afternoon. First we had Keith come to our home; incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, friendly and professional. In his 30+ yr opinion he felt our boiler could likely be fixed vs replaced. He worked with the service department to ensure Brandon (a service technician) could try to come out in the afternoon, given the dangerous temps. Brandon arrived prob an hour later and was terrific! Talked me through everything and could not have been more helpful, professional, and spot on! He repaired the boiler and saved us from having to replace right now. And after we settled up and he left, he returned not 5 min after as he noticed our vent exiting the home was covered by some snow! I never would have known this and it could’ve been an issue. Extremely impressed with everyone I talked to/worked with today (Nick, Tim, Keith and Brandon) and cannot recommend them more highly! Very appreciative of this company“

“Our Maytag refrigerator in our motorhome quit working, so we called to see if they could at least troubleshoot our issue so we could know whether it was repairable or if we needed to plan for a replacement. Bryan called to confirm our appointment, and arrived almost to the minute when he said he would.
