“We recently had Stevenson Service Experts review the flow of air in our duct work. Since our new AC/FURNACE was installed in December 2023 we have had inadequate distribution of warm and cold air. Multiple attempts were made to fix problem but were unsuccessful. Justin Navarre and another service technician came out Monday and thoroughly inspected all 14 registers and all the dampers. One damper was completely closed. This process took 45 minutes and the problem was resolved.
