I had a full hvac replacement and a new water heater installed yesterday and even after running into tons of issues(old water heater wouldn’t drain, running a new wire through a tricky spot, and new metalwork to fit my ducts) they stayed until we had heat for my wife and baby. Most impressive to me was the positive attitude of Johnnie, who worked in my fan-only cooled downstairs to clear a very clogged drain.
