“Since moving to Ohio two years ago, I've tried half a dozen or more cleaners, and haven't been happy with any of them...until Jay Dee Cleaners. I don't even remember how I found them because they're in Cuyahoga County and I'm in Lake, but I'm glad I did. Their service is impeccable, the friendliness of the staff never fails to impress (one of the benefits of being a family owned/operated business I guess), their pricing is fair, and without exception, my cleaning was always ready on time . I can't recommend them enough.“

Although there was someone there, No person contact is necessary. Simply Walk up to machine, enter your info on the screen, deposit your clothes. You'll receive a text message when ready. Upon pickup, enter your ph number and tap your cc, it displays your items and retrieves your clothes. I was in and out in minutes. I never seen anything like this before but I guess I shouldn't be surprised that technology has reached and is impacting every industry. Nonetheless I was very impressed by how fast and efficient it was here.“
