This was the best doctor's visit I've ever had. The staff was professional and courteous and Dr. Amber Black was extremely knowledgeable. She thoughtfully explained the different lab tests and what she specifically looks for. The physical wasn't the typical 2 second look over; Dr. Black took her time which showed that she cared and it's not just a job. I highly recommend Village of Healing! ( I still don't like having my blood drawn though... :) )
My granddaughter was pleased with her look. She was also very happy that she was not in the shop an extremely long time.

From the beginning, communication was excellent. She consulted with me beforehand, helped me identify the exact hair and products needed, and even made herself available when I needed help at the beauty supply store. I also appreciated that she is a full-service salon, including washing your hair as part of the service, so everything is truly handled from start to finish.
When I arrived, her private studio was welcoming, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with snacks, drinks, entertainment, and a relaxing atmosphere. It felt like an experience rather than just an appointment. Most importantly, she respected my time. My service was eight hours long, and we started and finished exactly when she said we would. Her professionalism was unmatched.
The experience was so good that I scheduled my son for twists before I even left. My husband took him to his appointment and came back equally impressed. She was prompt, efficient, and did an amazing job with his hair as well.
Yes, her prices are on the higher side, and LU LU and I even acknowledged that. But after experiencing her service, I completely understand why. She provides true five-star service, uses high-quality products, respects your time, and genuinely cares about the health of your hair. That level of care and professionalism feels rare these days.
She has definitely gained two new loyal clients. Highly recommend!

I had my grandmother party here and everything was beautiful, I bought alot of decorations but didn’t really need it because the decor in the building was lovely. The chandeliers added a nice touch. The speaker is loud enough so there’s really no need for a dj. The price is great (I had the whole day) and the amenities inside are awesome as well. Overall if you want to give people a party to talk about, I would book here!!!

My furbaby needed to be seen urgently on a weekend while I was out of the country and other emergency vet location had a wait time of 16 unseen patients but when we called Lakeland Animal Clinic and Urgent Care, they were able to see our furbaby (brought in my pet sitter) immediately. They were able to promptly take care of my furbaby needs immediately.
From the moment we walked in on our follow up appointment, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. Dr Malak took the time to listen to my concerns and was very patient with explaining everything in a way that I could understand. You can tell that they genuinely care and love about animals.
On top of that, Mr Malak took his time to help out a case that we have with Rover and went above and beyond for us in that regards too! I cannot recommend Dr Malak and Lakeland Animal Clinic and Urgent Care enough!

Michelle gives one of the best massages I’ve ever had. I’ve been to places from Woodhouse spa to Hand & Stone, amongst others, and none compare! She listens to your concerns, zeroes in on problem areas, and finds knots and painful spots without you having to point them out—she clearly knows her anatomy. I’ve even had prenatal massages with her; she relieved my sciatica and back pain like no one else. Truly one of the best massage therapists out there. Highly recommend!
