I live in Aurora and purposefully travel to Woodmere for dry cleaning. The staff and service they provide make the drive worth it. Specifically Patrick and Cyrilene provide top notch attention to detail. They both check my dry cleaning to make sure the crease is perfect on my shirts. If the crease is missing, they stop and personally take the items back and re iron the sleeves. I happened to call this morning, and Cyrilene recognized my name and remembered I brought in items yesterday. She double checked I wanted my daughters sleeves creased because I normally only bring my husbands shirts. Unheard of service in an age after COVID. DO Summers has been fantastic - congratulations to this business! They have helpful systems in place regarding same day timing/ turnaround, quality cleaning, they just make it easy for the customer. The most productive feature of this business is the quality staff they employ. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Patrick at this location is a star !!! For years he has greeted and helped, knows our family , he is kind and does an amazing job at the job! Patrick cares about his work and it’s a obvious!
