The employees at the Chagrin Blvd front desk are consistently kind and welcoming. They play one of my $130 shirts, but made it up with a store credit.
Yes, I would recommend D.O. Summers Chagrin Blvd

Very happy to find a dry cleaner of this quality after moving. Incredibly fast service (drive thru!, drop off by 8 pickup by 5!), reasonably priced, and high quality. What else could you want?
