When I explained it should be free he said the terms of the offer was for 2 pieces so the system only reduced the cost instead of making 1 free.
Has something changed this year as I have redeemed in previous years (only one sport coat) with no issues and gotten my sport coat cleaned for free? I can bring in 2 sport coats if that counts as 2 pieces if you can reload the coupon bar code?“
