The only reason I go to this DO Summers Is because of Joey Lewis. he is friendly professional and I always enjoy seeing him when I got here. I changed locations when he did. He takes the time to understand my special requirements and make sure they get done, and believe me they can be sometimes challenging. He is the best
D.O. Summers is fast and dependable. They've actually repaired spots and damage for me that other cleaners caused. I also value that D.O. Summers is environmentally friendly. The entire staff is friendly and professional but Janice is consistently fantastic with all of the customers.
I absolutely love this location!! The employees are so personable and friendly!! Janice has my order pulled by the time I walk in the door when I’m pulling up!! Seriously that is great customer service!! BONUS when she has the time to chat it is always good conversation!! This was the first Dry cleaning service I used when we moved to Shaker Hts 3 yrs ago and because of the exceptional service I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else!! Thank you for taking great care of us!!!
