I have to say my initial contact by phone was so pleasant! Stephanie couldn’t have been nicer or anymore friendly!! Driving into Shaker Square is always a treat and the shops location is so convenient! Parking right out front! To say my dress was handled and tailored with care is an understatement! The seamstress’s were helpful, very complimentary and second to none. My dress was beautiful and perfect when done!

I tried another place in town on a recommendation from from a friend and had an experience that made me pretty nervous about utilizing them for my wedding dress. I brought several dresses to Shaker Square Dry Cleaning and Tailoring and had such an exceptional experience that I knew it was the place to go.
When I mentioned that I would schedule an appointment for my wedding dress, I was asked if it was strapless. I then got the best recommendation for a corset bra that actually stays up, is comfortable, and unbelievably flattering.

My three friends and I got our bridesmaid dresses altered here. Everything was so easy and the women working there made us feel so comfortable. Everything was very quick and our dresses were ready to pick up a whole week early! We will be going back!
