He was very professional and communicative during the entire process. He immediately rectified an issue of concern to my satisfaction. I'll definitely do business with him again.

I had my carpet done a few weeks ago, but forget to post a review! Mark was so kind and patient with me.I am VERY satisfied with my carpet for the hallway/steps. It matches perfectly with my walls and it is very plush/comfortable to walk on. The price was less than H*** D**** and I’m so glad my aunt recommended this company to me.
