Emma is the best! I come for assisted stretching and massages monthly and what a difference it has made for me. Emma takes a lot of time to understand what your personal needs are and provides expert advice on ways to help heal your body. I’ve been receiving Thai massage with compression from Emma, and each session has been exceptional. She works on a floor mat, and I stay fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing while she uses her body weight, gentle pressure, and mindful stretching to open everything up.
