“I’ve been receiving Thai massage with compression from Emma, and each session has been exceptional. She works on a floor mat, and I stay fully clothed in loose, comfortable clothing while she uses her body weight, gentle pressure, and mindful stretching to open everything up.
Her approach is both intuitive and skillful, she knows exactly how to meet the body where it is and guide it toward ease. The combination of compression, stretching, and rhythmic movement creates a deep release that I don’t get from any other modality.
By the end of a one hour treatment, I feel spacious, grounded, and almost liquid, as if tension has melted out of my system. It’s the kind of reset that stays with me long after I leave.
