We hired Nino to put a drainage system into our yard which retained a TON of water. I included some before pics to show how bad it was.I waited a full year before leaving this review because I wanted to make sure it was very accurate. And I can say I am 100% satisfied with the work done after seeing how it performed for a whole year. They put pipe in throughout the yard and 2 drains. Then they graded the yard so the water would flow to the drains. Then replanted the grass.The amount of water in the yard is so minimal now! And only right after it rains. We had a torrential downpour early spring, and it drained away beautifully. So happy because we have 2 dogs and now they can play without coming back in a speckled mess. It was so worth the money.Getting the grass to grow back was a huge investment of time afterwards. But it came back just fine. We had to reseed a few areas, but that might have been our fault because the watering schedule was so rigorous. I included a pic of the new grass. (We added the clover intentionally)Nino and his team were very professional. Always communicated and showed up as promised.I highly recommend !!
Had a shower valve leaking. Pete came out and replaced it. He did a great job. What great employee you have. I heard your add on the Fish radio station.
Chris and Noah were great. Communicated well but most importantly it is clear they like their work and take doing a good job seriously.

We just bought our new house after moving to Cleveland. Unfortunately, our water heater was over a decade old and about to fail. The team came out and gave us a detailed breakdown of water heater options. I had done research on a tankless unit, and they really took the time to walk us through the pros and cons. Spoke with 2 other local companies before who didn’t give nearly as detailed explanation. Ended up going with a water filter to help prevent build up in the tankless unit. Pricing ended up being lower than the other two companies for apples to apples.
When install came, they were professional and did a great job despite install occurring with over 8 inches of snow!

These guys work their tails off! Cautiously bringing down our trees that were about 100ft. What was even more impressive was the immaculate clean up afterwards. Fair price too! Highly recommend!

I am very grateful for finding this establishment. It began with my daughter attending their camp over the summer. It was a positive experience for both me and my child and resulted in her expanding her knowledge in her braiding craft as well as other additional skills. As a result of the camp I have been to the shop to have my hair cut and brows done by Carlton several times and am always pleased with my cut. I've found it very hard in the past to find a barber who keeps my cut feminine, despite expressing they have the skills to do so. Carlton hasn't failed me yet and I greatly appreciate his talent. Dominique is also exceptional. My daughter happens to suffer from scalp issues. The care and treatment put into giving my daughter her confidence once completed is more than any mother could ask for. Experienced a very good roofing crew replacing a five year roof done by a company out Chesterland which i will not mention. Understand that company is out of business. For the best. McNulty construction was referred to me by a friend. What I experienced was candor and some good insight. Roofing team, led by Tom provided some reasons why the five your old roof, failed. Poor water guard material around chimney, exterior walls where roof met upper floor. Some other workmanship issues as well. Regardless of who you use, I hope you get some straight forward Info as I did from Scott at Mcnulty construction.

Dr Smith is the best vet I’ve ever met - thanks to her and the whole crew at 305 animal hospital for giving my dog excellent care. Buck can be a fussy dog, and they have made routine check ups, dental cleanings and tumor removals very smooth for him. Dr Smith is very precise and accurate, and she cares deeply about the animals she treats, it makes me very at ease.
Everyone was so kind and patient with my cat who gets veterinary anxiety. And even paused on the exam when he was becoming too stressed to further cause him any trauma. We came back the next week to finish his exam. They were very open about the side effects of vaccines and medications. Also very upfront about pricing and even helped me save a few bucks. An awesome neighborhood vet, that I will be bringing my other cat to as well!

I had the seasonal furnace tune up today. I received a call 1 hour before my appointment window with the exact time of arrival. The service was completed with a high level of competence and professionalism. The details were discussed and the service did uncover a problem with input gas pressure resulting in loud gas startup noise. The problem was fixed. Most important, the appointment for the tune up did not include any unnecessary upsell pressure.

Service 8 braids or more. Length of hair was longer than wanted, and the ends were bigger/fatter than I I would've asked for. 2 weeks in, and briads look good, just fly away , I sweat a lot.
Needed multiple items replaced, Mario came out and was professional and thorough with installation and made sure to explain all the work that was performed. Would Highly recommend to anyone needing plumbing or hvac work.

I had my front and backyard re-landscaped, and the team did an outstanding job! They removed all the old overgrowth and some shrubs that needed to go, freshened everything up with mulch, added some new plants, and did excellent trimming work on what we did not get removed. Our yard looks completely refreshed and so much more inviting. The crew was professional, efficient, and friendly. We are highly satisfied with the results and would definitely recommend them for anyone needing lawn or landscaping services! Great job and thank you again!

I've used Dyna-Green for quite a few years. They give out a discount for the entire season if you pay at the start (notified via email). They have responded to questions about the condition of the lawn when I have inquired and explained what is happening. They always leave a note on the door as to what service they performed along with any suggestions that I should be doing. Overall, very easy to deal with.Service: Weed control
