I highly recommend Victoria for starter locs and maintenance. I book my appointment with her via Instagram. She recommended a consultation with her to examine my hair type and routine. She gave me advice about certain food I should eat to help keep my hair healthy. Soon as I left the consultation I booked my appointment right away. Victoria is gentle(for my tender-headed folks), easy to talk too, care about her customers, and overall nice person. The shop is also a nice atmosphere. Going back for a retwist :)
