The injector, Elizabeth, took the time to explain everything clearly, listened to exactly what I wanted, and made me feel completely comfortable.

Cute lash spot in the strip mall near the Kroger off Sawmill Road. I have gotten lash extensions for years and my lash girl is on maternity leave but also need a break for my natural lashes. After a few months it was time for a little love and I got a tint and lift from Deka lash. The process was quick, staff were friendly, and affordable. And my lashes still look pretty decent a month and a half later. Definitely recommend!

Decided to treat myself and it was so nice! I'm not a regular spa/facial person. So I went with whatever recommendations Sara provided. I started with the new client facial and several add ons. She steams your face to start and then there's all kinds of stuff that happens (massage, lavender, citrus toner... I can't remember everything) My fav parts were the dermaplaning, hydrojelly, and LED light therapy. I absolutely loved the cool globes that she used to massage my face after the electrocurrent treatment ( I have no idea what it was called) Anyway, all I can say is my skin felt tight and glowy after I left. Will definitely need to make monthly trips to stave off natural progression!
I first went to another dry cleaners in Dublin and asked if they could fix a zipper on a bee suit. My hobby is beekeeping. The zipper broke off and it's a must when dealing with thousands of bees. They said they could not do it but highly recommend Sunny's. They added that she was amazing. I made my way there but when my GPS told me I was there, it was no place to be seen. I must have circled the area six times until I saw a woman come out with what looked to be a clothes bag. I walked in and there it was. The woman looked at the suit and I think was fascinated that I kept bees. She told me to wait a minute and within 5 minutes she came back with it fixed! I was amazed! I thought it would take days but she fixed it on the spot. Then took the time to explain what the real issue was. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a great experience with Goode beauty. We had Shannon and Emma for hair and Maggie and Rebekah for makeup. Everyone’s hair and makeup turned out exactly how they imagined! Even on a day where it was 95 degrees and there were pictures outside, everyone’s makeup and hair still looked amazing! Maggie was so sweet and made sure every step of the way that the makeup was everything I wanted! I changed some things that I wanted different from my hair trial and Shannon was able to understand and make it what I was hoping for!

I had never visited this hair salon before When I walked in, not only was it a gorgeous area to be at as soon as you walk in the door they make you feel like family. I was instantly greeted and offered something to drink and told my hairstylist would be up to get me and I could have a seat and they’re waiting room makes you feel like you’re at home and it is gorgeous.
As soon as Eva called me back to do my hair I just explained how I wanted to feel and without missing a beat she knew exactly what to do and from the moment I met her I felt completely at ease like I had known her
I usually have such high anxiety getting my hair done, and I have been so disappointed in the past with my hair. This experience was completely different. Eva made sure I was comfortable and she designed my hair so beautifully and it represented the way I wanted to feel.
I told her I felt so much better about myself after she dried my hair curled it. It looked absolutely beautiful.
Eva helped me pick out the perfect hair products for me As we talked about the type of hair I had and how to take care of it.
After I picked out my hair products, she helped me understand when I needed to come back to touch up my toner, and when I needed to come back For my partial.
I was helped by the lady who checked me out and she also help me pick out another hair products and I was given a gift bag with products in it to help care for my hair and it was all put in a gift bag and made to look like a present
Before I left, I was given an appointment card with both of my appointments and through my email. I have a link to my appointments.
After this experience, I will never visit another salon and I will never have anyone do my hair other than Eva
So thank you to everybody for making me feel so welcome and like family and a huge thank you to Eva for just being so great at your job. I just told you how I wanted to feel and I left feeling exactly like that.

The care taken in my haircut and the environment are amazing. I have been a member here for awhile now and Tiff is truly great. She always is willing to do whatever style I ask (with her professional opinion taken into account as well) and truly is someone I always try to go to. But honestly I love all of the staff that I get to see every time I go in. Cody makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in and Eden has always been really sweet to me. I honestly love going here and plan to continue my membership for a long time.

I've been running around trying to find somewhere that would do a hard gel fill and luckily found them. I was able to book the appointment online for a gel manicure with gel builder. I realize hard gel and gel builder are actually different but was able to replicate my experience with hard gel. The entire appointment itself took about an hour. Very happy with my nails and the price is reasonable!
I came in as a first time customer for a walk in balance and they were able to squeeze me in. The salon was very clean and all of the employees were so friendly and nice. They gave me a bottle of water while I waited. Mike did a wonderful job on my nails and did exactly what I asked for. I will definitely be going back.
I went to the W Nail bar back in August right before my vacation and I loved it! Taylor was so gentle with me and made my nails beautiful. I am writing this review because I recently went to another nail salon since Taylor was unavailable and I will never do that again! W nail bar cares and really takes care of their clients. From cuticle care all the way to the exfoliation at the end! WOW! The nail salon I recently went to which is also in Bridge Park did nothing of the sort. I was in and out in 45 minutes and had to go home to fix my nails. I got them done yesterday and I do not like them.
From now on, I will only go to the W nail bar! They make me feel pampered and really clean my nails. I already have booked my next appt for 3 weeks out. The W Nail Bar is worth the price and the time. You know they are taking care of you in the healthiest way possible.

I found this gem of a place when I was between appointments in Dublin. The receptionist was friendly and they got me signed in and picking out a color immediately. It is a very clean, beautiful salon. The young man who did my pedicure was very polite and professional. He did a great job and I enjoyed our little bit of small talk. I definitely recommend it!
Came here with my 6 year old daughter today for gel pedicures. We had a nice relaxing time and our pedicures look great and without flaws. Also, this is the most exfoliated my feet have ever gotten from a pedicure. I mean they are soft all around. I am impressed and my feet look and feel so nice ?

I have now visited Skin by Gabby J. a couple of times for a dermaplaning facial, before visiting Gabby my skin was extremely dry and splotchy. Not any more I have the clearest skin and the best glow when leaving! My skin feels awesome and Gabby is great with explaining routine and recommendations of products that are good for my skin type. Gabby is so friendly, easy to talk to, and offers a great experience! Best facials I have had in years! So glad I found this gem!

I have been to 3 different places for my brazilian wax, and none get even close with how amazing Ausha is. I've been going to Ausha for the past 8 years, and I would have never stopped if I stayed here (I'm moving out of state). In these 8 years, there has NEVER been one time where I feel that something is off or that the service is not excellent, and that's so rare! She uses the hard wax, which leaves NO residues on your skin, and other products that make my skin feel and look amazing.
TLDR; If you are looking for a new professional for your waxing needs, you can not go wrong with Ausha and Brazilianology.
I go to Taylor regularly every 3 weeks to have my eyebrows done because no one else can do them right. I found that out the hard way a long time ago. She has even help my daughter when she had an unexpected accident with a razor on one eyebrow. Taylor has become a friend and if I need anything extra cosmetic I just ask, if it's not something she does she will figure it out. I love her services and will continue!!

Needed assistance getting a drain fixture out. They succeeded, however, the technician also melted and broke the drian pipe beneath my tub. I was not charged anything. A couple weeks later a more experienced technician showed up and fixed the problem for no charge. Very friendly, helpful, and they will correct their mistakes.
Kenny was very kind. He explained what was happening in a clear manner. He resolved my issue and gave me a few tips to help keep things running smoothly. Thank you, Roto Rooter, for sending him my way on a Saturday.

Had the guys come out when I was in the process of buying my house in April. They gave me a quote to fix the small crack formed in my basement. The team talked to me about what the repairs would be and the cost. Needed to have some beams put in to maintain the wall integrity and prevent future movement of the foundation wall in the basement.
I had a baby and time got away from me, so I called them back 6 months later. They didn’t change the price and they came out to make the fix. The team was professional and knocked it out in a day. The guys were on time, polite and didn’t mind showing me what all was done and why. Just really high quality people all around. Worth every penny.
Update: I had them do a third job, install 4 new windows, and paid all up front due to my previous experience with them. Not only did he only drop the windows off and never install them, Mo has refused to answer the Attorney General's complaint and the small claims court complaint I filed to get my $1,300 back. He won't answer my calls, and he admitted he knows he owes me. He literally ripped me off $1300 after I paid him over $11,000 worth of work. Do not use this contractor!!I had them do a big concrete patio, paint my house exterior/trim and install new shutters. All in two weeks. All contractors were professional and did great work. Thy kept me updated constantly and were on site to ensure the work was done properly. Their prices were in line with others I contacted. I will definitely use them again.

We are new to Ohio. The insurance gave us a long list. The only thing was getting an initial appointment. There was a long wait. After getting a plan of care, things came together. He hadn’t been to a dentist in YEARS!! The cost was presented and appointments were made.

I only have positive things to say about the Winchester Institute. I broke my back in 2010 and had major surgery and my back pain has been too much lately. I was hesitant to see a chiropractor because I had a horrible experience years ago. The Winchester Institute was recommended by my surgeon so I thought it was worth a try. Everyone here is SO kind and patient! I was very nervous the first couple adjustments and they take it slow and are very reassuring. The Doctors always take time to look back at my chart and xrays and make sure their care is just what I need. I was skeptical but optimistic and I am happy it has been helping! I like the fact that they have multiple approaches including the adjustments for a larger scope of care. I highly recommend this practice!
Dr. Muse is a life-saver. When I went to him I was in so much pain that I thought I’d need a knee replacement. After treatment and following his protocol I’m doing great and am rarely in pain. I can’t recommend him enough

I cannot recommend Northwest Wellness Center enough. Not only did Dr. Briggs change my life-he really saved it. I am a very happy person, and for about two years I was not myself, not living because of persistent chronic pain-depressed is an understatement. I had tried chiropractic, physical therapy, yoga, injections, muscle relaxers, float tanks, & meditation. Some of those things helped, but never got to the root issue. I had seen multiple doctors, tried all different modalities. No one was treating MY pain or looking at the combination of what was really going on in my body. It was in and out of drs office who didn't look at me like a person-but looked at me like a dollar sign. Dr. Briggs treated me holistically, and worked with me-and listened to me and my body. We tried TRT and moved to decompression & adjustments, and after a few months of treatment I was smiling again, and actually living my life. I am almost thirty, and spent two years living in my bedroom on heat and ice-isolated, in pain, and so sad. Dr. Briggs is so talented and smart, and continues to grow and evolve his practice so he can serve his patients. I have yet to find another Dr like him, and consider myself one of the lucky ones that I found someone who could actually help. His team is fantastic, they are so kind and gentle and made me smile even when I wanted to cry. Dr. Briggs is incredibly friendly, and it is SO clear that he cares-like really deeply cares. A huge thank you to Dr. Briggs and his staff- I am forever grateful!
Just went in for my very first for shoulder pain and they did a crack that I've never had done before and my shoulder feels so much better already than it has from leaving other chiropractors. They're also all very nice and friendly and explain everything as you're going through it

My Greyhound injured her toe back in June and we were referred to Riverside Animal Care. Unfortunately she had to have her toe amputated, but we received the BEST care from all the people we saw during this whole ordeal. They treated her so well and were so loving towards her. They have been calling on a regular basis to check on her. Dr Christine was our doctor and I can’t say enough about her. She’s FANTASTIC!! I definitely recommend Riverside Animal Care ❤️
If I could leave more than 5 stars, I would. My dog, Bailey, had to have a tooth extracted and a dental cleaning. I was very nervous and anxious for Bailey to have this done. My previous dog, Jake, had a dental cleaning and passed away two weeks later. He had all the bloodwork done and was healthy. I never got a clear answer as to what happened. I explained all of this to Dr. Beck. She was very understanding and explained everything that was going to happen. I knew that Bailey was in good hands. No matter which tech you get, all of them are extremely nice and caring! This is the first vet that Bailey isn’t scared of. Even after her procedure, she walked in and greeted the staff! I can’t thank Dr. Beck and the staff enough for taking great care of Bailey and calming my nerves. ?☺️

Dr Hoffman is incredible with our puppy and with me as learning dog momma. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient, and I feel she has our puppy's wellbeing as her priority. There are many other vet options closer to our home and we make the trek to Faithful Friends because of the great care from Dr Hoffman and team.

My girlfriend and I adopted a 2 year old pit mix named Kiwi and needed a vet. We started seeing Dr. Bater because of the good google reviews, and they were not wrong! She has been super patient with us as new dog owners, explains all of her thoughts on any disease/medicine/vaccine and thoroughly explains anything we’ve had questions about.
Kiwi is still working on her manners, but Dr. Bater has gone above and beyond by giving us a ton of helpful tips for training, and is super patient if Kiwi isn’t behaving perfectly in the office. The receptionist Chris (my apologies if spelled wrong), and any other employee/nurse we’ve encountered is so patient and polite at every visit. I didn’t exactly know what to expect to pay here, but the prices for each appointment, medication, and vaccine are completely affordable (and I’m a college student!)
I am grateful we found this place when we were looking, and we would highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a new vet!
Our dog fell off a drop off into an active quarry, and broke her femur badly. Our vet suggested we take her to OSU Vets in Dublin about 2 hours away for her surgery the next day. They are so caring and explain everything so well. They take great care of pets and do not care if you call in to check on them and see how they’re doing (even though I felt annoying doing so! They reassured us it is not annoying to them) - her surgery went great and she’s home now healing, but we cannot say enough great things about them! Everyone took great care of Pepper while she was with them. And front desk is very friendly and helpful as well!
We have boarded our dog here many times, and she has always returned happy and healthy. Fees are affordable, and owners are very nice.
Everybody was so sweet and nice to my big shy baby boy Buckley. Lacey did an amazing job getting the knots out and cleaning him up. I would definitely recommend them for your dog for grooming and will definitely be returning. Thanks again for taking it slow and be so understanding about him being a little scared.

Was in town for a conference & our group had breakout sessions. I was in the one that had a hot yoga class at Harbor Yoga. They were very welcoming, studio smelled GREAT when we walked in, everything was clean & the instructor was awesome.
I have been practicing yoga at Balancing Owl since Laurie took over ownership. I love all the new instructors. Especially Melinda’s gentle yoga class. She realizes the needs of her clients and adjusts accordingly. Great studio.
I love this studio! I’ve been with GoYoga for many months now, but I went to a Barre class at this location and had a blast! I love that this studio always makes you feel welcome no matter the class. Would recommend to anyone looking to start or continue their yoga journey!
That was hands down the best massage I’ve ever gotten. My husband and I got a couples massage and sauna time. The place is clean and quiet. My masseuse knew instinctively what pressure to use and where to focus to relax my entire body, head to toe. Thank you so much we will be back!

I have had body and facial massages with Linda, and I had a great experience. I truly felt relaxation both physically and mentally from the treatments. The place is clean and comfortable, and they are very flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend this place, and especially Linda!
Yesterday, I had a one-hour deep tissue massage at this massage parlor. The effect was quite good. It helped me solve the problem of soreness in my lower back and shoulders. The masseuse was very professional and applied just the right amount of pressure. It's worth coming back often. I think I've found my go-to massage parlor.

After coming out of a massage, this young lady immediately asks if I would like to book my next appointment in which I said "no" and that I'd like to focus on one thing at a time which was paying for my service. She then proceeded to ask if I'd like to hear about membership options. This was unpleasant.
I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT I TOOK A CHANCE AND TRIED AND I AM GLAD I DID. THE MASSAGE WAS GREAT AND THE STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY. I AM GOING BACK IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS.
I came in for tight traps and rhomboids and Caleb was great! Provided great deep pressure and super knowledgeable. He was professional and made you feel comfortable. I’d recommend him when going to this location!

I was having such a bad day before my appointment, my son turned my car lights on and it died-had to jump start it, my number was wrong in the system so I didn't get the confirmation and my calendar had the time for the appointment wrong. It was such a bad day and I was so upset because I have TOS and need the relief. I talked to Jamie and she was so considerate, calm and polite!! She got my number placed in the system correctly and was able to reschedule me the very next day! I would also highly suggest their massage therapists as many of them are veterans in the industry that really know what they're doing and how to help you!
I've been going to Athletico for around 6 weeks now and can honestly say they are astounding! It's refreshing to be welcomed by Marissa and Anna - they always greet me with a smile and ask how I've been doing. The therapists genuinely care about your progress and are highly knowledgeable. My primary therapist has been Jeremy, who is a pleasure working with, even when I do more exercises than he's recommended. :)) All the therapists are amazing - I cannot say enough good things about them - simply exceptional! Total care therapy takes really good care of our residents here at Rittenhouse. Andrea is one of the sweetest people, she does a great job and makes things fun for the residents, they love having her around as well. We're always happy to see her smiling face
