I chose the Anderson Tuftex Imperial Pecan Fawn from the Dublin store #90 as part of a renovation. Steve Peck was my sales rep who has been with the company over 25 years. His product estimate was spot on, and the after sales support was excellent. The install team led by Chayo are experts at flooring, with over 20 years working together and they returned as requested to do spot cleaning and adjusting of the shoe molding and did a wonderful job. The salesman, Danny Jobin, is very knowledgeable and obtained precise measurements which avoided any unnecessary costs and over supply. The install crew started the day a man or two down but others joined late in the day. They installed the same day, which took 12 hours, but their determination got the job done. Highly satisfied. Steve Peck coordinated the movers (some of our furniture was too heavy for the carpet installers to move), the individuals who disassembled and reassembled the bed, as well as the carpet installers. It all came together perfectly. We are very pleased with the final result.
