I can get a degree online, never have to show up to a college campus. I can renew my vehicle registration online and not have to step foot in a BMV. I can have food, groceries, goods delivered to my front door without having to drive to a store front. I could go on and on however I’ll just say this. I’m order to cancel or suspend your Palm Beach Tan account (aka monthly charge against my $ / form of payment) you must go into the store. You are not able to call to cancel. You are not able to go online and cancel. My thought when heated about this policy was “it’s easier to get a divorce than to break up with Palm Beach Tan”. Loved the way my spray tan came out. I did have to wait a long time for the machine though. Also, I wish they would have provided more direction for how the machine operates because I was very nervous that they did not have signs on how to stand or if you have to turn around. Luckily I have gotten spray tans before so I knew the stances and the machine told me to turn around. I would have preferred to have signage to make sure that I didn't mess it up

I haven't been here in a while but I got a monthly package today and the lady who helped me was amazing. They are a little pricy but the girl knew her stuff when it came to tanning!
