The best location in central Ohio.
Everyone is so friendly, customer service is top tier, and the salon is always clean.
I’ve visited other PBT locations and always leave less than satisfied because Dublin has set the bar so high.
About Palm Beach Tan
Palm Beach Tan is a premier beauty, tanning, and wellness salon offering cutting-edge sunbed and spray tanning solutions, as well as state-of-the-art wellness services such as red light therapy and infrared saunas. With convenient locations, including in Dublin, Palm Beach Tan provides a top-notch experience for its members.
Customers praise the friendly and courteous staff, the cleanliness of the facilities, and the efficient management of the salons. The salons are known for their extensive selection of tanning beds and minimal wait times, making them a favorite among Central Ohio residents.
However, some customers have expressed frustration with the company's policy of requiring in-person visits to cancel or suspend memberships, which they find inconvenient compared to online or phone-based cancellation options available for other services.

Had an absolutely great experience. First time doing the spray tan booth and they took their time to explain all the options to me and help me match to my perfect color. Never pressured me to hurry up or made me feel like a bother. Great customer service. The tan came out beautiful. Clean rooms and booth, little extras provided to help not be the orange guy. Definitely will be coming back.

Not only is the tanning salon spotless (super clean) the people… even better. The gals at the desk, running the studio, and managing are an incredible group of women. Helpful, kind, and caring. Every question I have the women at the sawmil location are incredibly knowledgeable about the tanning products, the beds, and the newest features (such as red light therapy and sauna)
I had a tough week. Everyone at the salon assured me as a person, supporting me as a human, and doing their job wholeheartedly.
Buy the tanning membership & drink the Diet Coke.
Thank you for everything.
