This is a really good chiro group; if you do your homework. If you blow off appointments and don't do the exercises it won't feel very effective. Pair their work with a massage and you'll get the best results. See the massage therapist first for chronic conditions and see the chiro first for injuries and flair ups.
I’ve suffered with debilitating headaches for years due to neck and shoulder issues, having multiple per week. After seeing Dr.Ulm a handful of times he’s helped strengthen other areas and has alleviated most of my headaches. Also, I am not a fan of manipulation so he has never cracked my neck and I still have had great results.
