She walked us through everything, was extremely helpful through the whole process, and worked with our needs. We also had Joe as our building supervisor and he was thorough and really easy to work with. They have a great team at Maronda and even got our home built faster than predicted! My Fiance and I were looking for a house for over a year and a half and one day we happen to scroll on pillow and we found a new build that we fell for. We contacted our realtor and her got us a meeting with Mara. We met with her and from the beginning we new we were going to say yes! Mara helped us undertand everything we needed to know. She helped us pick our the right colors for the outside and lead us in better directions for inside the house. We are officially in our new Home.
