This happened 2 mins ago. I set up an appointment with Stanley Steamer to take my areas rugs for cleaning. I have never met such a respect, cheerful and helpful young man. Izah came on time, and went above and beyond his duties by helping me move my TV stand to pull the rug from under it. As he was measuring and writing the info down, he was explaining to me the process of everything and made sure I understood everything.

Kenyatta was simply outstanding. He was professional, respectful of us and our property. He was knowledgeable about the available services and was focused on providing quality service. He answered all our questions and asked about our satisfaction. I highly recommend him and hope he is available when we need service again.
This was a great experience. The gentleman was great. He was polite, curious, and efficient. He introduced himself and confirmed what we wanted. He asked if I needed any other work done and was willing to cleaned two smaller rugs. He again ask if I was satisfied which I was. He gave me instructions on how to help air drying and when carpet would be ready to be walked on.
He cleaned up the area and thanked us for choosing Stanley Steamer. We were very pleased with our whole experience.
