I had a problem with my landscape light wiring and spoke with Tracie who was friendly and accommodating. We set up an appointment but then my lighting started working again (don't you love problems that repair themselves) so I called and cancelled. I spoke with Tracie again and she fully understood the situation while being most pleasant. They also answered their phone in a timely manner which was wonderful.
