When utility did not restore power for more than six hours after work was completed, Jim returned to my home, set up a generator, and called the utility to expedite restoration of power. Jim asked me to text him when power was restored, regardless of how late. Knowing the power was restored later that night, Jim still followed up 24 hours later to make sure there were no further issues. Really appreciate the support after the job was completed!
