“We were working with State Farm on an electrical issue and were told we needed to contact an electrician. Our regular electrician had ghosted us last time, the first one I called this time did not want to deal with anything with insurance, then I contacted Morris and they had Carl contact me to discuss the situation. He came out in a timely manner, on time, investigated the problem, showed me exactly what was going on, gave a thorough explanation in terms I could understand and then explained it to the insurance rep. The work was completed today by Jeff and I could not be happier with the quality of the work. We felt comfortable enough to leave him alone in the house (electric had to be shut off) all morning while we ran around. Highly recommend for great service at a reasonable price. No "ghosting" with them!“
