“I had a small kitchen fire which was extremely scary and I got hurt in the process so between being hurt and worrying about the state of my kitchen I was very stressed and overwhelmed but my insurance hired this group of people at apke and I have to say they were just amazing! They were able to start the work quickly and I was here with them everyday while they were working and they were all so friendly and kind and took such good care of my things and were very particular about how they did things to assure my house would go back to its original state! The thing I enjoyed the most about them was just how friendly they were! One of the men here cleaning had had some serious burns in his life and he was so good at making me feel better about my burns and assuring me that I would be ok the woman that was here cleaning with him was a hoot and she was so nice to be around I’m actually going to miss them! The two men that they had in here painting were also so nice and man did they paint fast and didn’t seem to mind that I was here with them they talked and was patient with me needing to slip into the kitchen or didn’t mind if I had to just sit and stare at them at times and by the end of the time being here I feel like I know so much about them! The owner of the company was awesome to work with he kept me informed on the process and when people were going to be in and out of here he always had an amazing upbeat attitude and made sure the keep checking in and that I was happy with everything that was being done! I absolutely recommend this company for anything you need done! Thank you apke for getting my house back to new“

“I had a significant amount of water damage a couple months ago in my basement that I discovered over the weekend around 9-10pmI called Dry Effect right away and received a call back within 5-10 minutes. They offered to come out within the hour but I had them come the next morning after fixing my water pressure regulator. They got everything cleaned and carpet removed over a few days and were extremely helpful with the whole process and dealing with insurance. Anytime I called having a question I would get an answer or call back within an hour. The final price ended up being a good less than originally quoted. All of their employees who came out were friendly and mindful of working through my house. Great company and great people! I would definitely recommend“

Tom from Advanced Construction was there shopping while wearing his company shirt so I asked him if I could pick his brain for a minute. “Amazing service by Servpro and beautiful workmanship! Cole, the project manager for Servpro, was fantastic. He walked me through every step towards replacing damaged items in my master bathroom and garage. He was extremely knowledgeable and was available anytime. He is truly the ideal person to lead any project, small or large. Oscar, the owner of the construction company utilized for the job was also great. He led his team, completing the plumbing and overseeing the project to the very end. His tile guy, Henry, was meticulous in his work. My bathroom and garage look better than it did before. I would also like to add that my wife and I looked at over 50 houses when home shopping back in 2014! Our master bathroom now looks better than any bathrooms in all the homes we looked at! “My basement flooded because of a failed sump pump on Labor Day. I panicked, calling multiple mitigation companies and they were either closed or already on calls. Finally I got connected with Colin of Puroclean and he was able to get people out same day and ultimately got my basement put back together. If I ever have water damage again, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my mitigation and restoration.“
