“Where to begin! I started with what I considered a lazy walk, always tripping over my feet, not picking them up as I walked causing me to trip constantly. My balance was waaayyy off. Hated getting on a step stool for the fear of falling over. Had knee pain and ankle pain as well as shoulder pain.
