I really appreciate all the care, compassion, competency and efficiency from staff as they helped me navigate a very difficult time. Nuha most notably went above and beyond in helping it be as least stressful a experience as was possible. And all staff's bedside manner was very gentle and thoughtful. As others have mentioned in their reviews, they gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye and were extremely patient and kind about the whole process. I especially am very thankful that they allowed me to be with my cat through his final moments, as some other places do not allow this.
We were sent to Care Center by Acute Pet Urgent Care after they checked out our kitten who was very lethargic/barely moving and had a critically high temp. They took our little guy right back and started his vitals. They go over the cost estimates and things they suggest doing - which we appreciated and ended up not doing everything the recommended. We had to admit our little guy overnight but received a few calls for updates/test results/medication approvals and also we were able to text to check in/got photos of him. Right away when i pulled up they saw me struggling to get my dog out of the car and came out to offer help. The staff were all kind and patient. Very thorough. Explained everything to my understanding and then messaged me the next day to check on him saying “If you have any questions feel free to call”. I would definitely recommend and return if needed.
