I love that the dogs weren't caged and they were able to have an open area which helped prevent them from getting so anxious and stressed. The people seem to really enjoy what they do and they did a fantastic job trimming my Australian shepherd's hair clipping her nails. Overall she looked amazing coming out. Highly recommend
