After a negative experience at a different nail salon, I was looking for a new place to get a pedicure and I’m glad I chose this one! My technician took her time and I didn’t feel rushed- and I felt like I got a full pampering experience. I wish I would have got her name because I definitely plan on going back!
I normally only go to Luminous for seasonal pedi’s. I’ve never had bad service there but I’ve also never had such excellent service that I felt the need to ask for a specific person. That changed with the amazing mani/pedi I got today. Just recently, I needed nice nails for a wedding but since I never do that, had no idea what service to ask for. I like the look of longer nails but I find them dysfunctional for working with my hands. I asked for a french manicure with short nails. The lady gave me tips and they looked nice enough for the wedding but I went back after they grew out to have them removed. I didn’t know they were meant to be permanent....read full review
