“I’d like to say this woman is doing the lords work. A euthanasia at a big corporate hospital in the area is about 400$. Exam fees are insane and blood work is high too, will easily be over 1,000. She is being a champion for her profession by trying to make vet care accessible. Literally she is mobile. Quit expecting veterinarians to have crystal balls. And quit expecting services to be free. Even parents of babies in the NICU get a bill.A kitten can develop kidney failure in a few days. How is a weight helpful if there is no medical hx and the cat has a good body composition and no meds are prescribed. Quit comparing it to human medicine.You’re amazing Dr! Keep on being great.NOMV“

“My sweet cat was hit by a car last year and in desperation I took him to Crossroads. Unfortunately my cat Onyx crossed over the rainbow bridge... but the employees were so caring. They took him from me immediately and asked questions later. They confirmed he had passed away and took the time to return my Onyx's body back to me in a sweet and loving way. They refused any money or compensation. I was shocked.I will definitely take my animals to Crossroads when I'm ready to adopt again.Thank you to all the amazing employees who were so reassuring and understanding. “Dr. Mark Jamba was a great vet and really took the time to make the proper decisions about my dog's care. He was honest and told me that the treatment may not help my dog's ear since he has been had tried so many treatments and needs to be seen by a dermatologist to assure proper resolution of his ear infection. Nevertheless, he made sure to thoroughly exam him and did not rush through his visit. He answers all my questions and concerns. He was very kind and understanding. I was very impressed by his expertise. The other vet close to my home was not open, so I had to drive out of my way to the Lakewood location, but I am glad I did. Thanks for your help again!“

“What a great vet. My beagle and I went there because he was having problems with his hind legs, he couldn't really control them. Dr. V. Checked him out and figured out he had a disc problem, she gave him some steroids and he got better. We thought he was a gonner but he's so much better. If you need a vet see Dr. V.“
